Domestic Orders Refunds/ Store Credit
We have a no refund policy or return policy. On certain instances exchanges or store credit may be offered, everything will be processed on a case by case basis. Please email kakajianjewelry@gmail.com. to inquire about a possible exchange or store credit return.
If your exchange or store credit return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and one of a kind items (such as the antique watch necklaces).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If the exchange is accepted, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Return Policy
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union all orders are final sale.
All Other Countries
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped anywhere other than the United States, all orders will be considered final sale.
